  1. Thats just awesome.

  2. That was no fluke..he’s was the #1 3 cushion champ for a number of years and that smile he made was just from the reaction of the crowd and probably his opponent

  3. I play with my grandpa all the time…he has a table. I wish I was as good as this guy!

  4. Its called 3 cushion billiards. You must hit our cue ball 3 cushions before contacting the last ball. So normally you would hit your cue ball into either of the other 2 balls then go 3 rails and have it hit the last ball on the. And as you see you ca mix it up a bit too.

  5. Yes I even might actually. And about the fluke thing, the commentator already said he’d play ‘2 rails to the red, around the table’

  9. can somebody explain what there playing on wat there playing ?? theres no holes ?

  10. nope, that’s just a smile of satisfaction. I’d suppose you also have a smile like that on your face when you succeed in something diffult.

  11. No it is not a fluke. How the hell would he have meant to play the the shot otherwise? Maybe the thoughts behing position play at this level is beyond your comprehension. Banking 2 rails and then hit 5 rails or more is sick, and not a very safe play, but when the shot is made, in this example, another opportunity arises. If he would have made it the simple way, he would himself with nothing. And by the way, players on that level never really fluke bigtime. It’s either right or it’s not.

  12. look at the wry smile on his face , its a fluke

  13. he didnt walk away he was walking over to where the cue ball was going to rest

  14. Players on that level never fluke. It’s either right or it’s not.

  15. Sayginer is not as goos as blomdahl. Sayginer is amazing, but the shots you see on youtube are mostly well-practiced trickshots. In matchplay blomdahl is world’s number 1 player, sayginer is number 9

  16. He didn’t walk away……he walked around to the corner to see if the ball was in line or not.

  17. if he meant it why did he walk away from the table ???looks like a fluke to me

  18. Try the game called Cowboy in the BCA Rule Book. The second phase is full of shots like that.

  19. If you want to get a taste of billiards, look up the game Cowboy in the BCA Rule Book and try that. Robert Byrne also mentions it in his Alternate Games chapter in his Advanced Techniques in Pool and Billiards. Also mentioned there is Kiss Pool, a really great game. Try the game he calls Hooked on page 184 of his Wonderful World of Pool and Billiards.

  20. This is carambol billard, you don

  21. Im not saying its easy because it isnt. But theres a few guys in my pool team that often dont simply play to get out of snookers, we play to hit the object balls maybe Full ball, or half ball or a quarter or sometimes less.
So for a pro to play two cushions and aim to catch a red half ball… I dont think its as god like a shot as most viewers will!

  22. You’re right, the thing is that those 2-cushion-first shots are quite sensitive to spin and speed…and getting that “just half red” is not that easy.

  23. Believe it or not theres a pretty decent margine of error in that shot. He just played to hit the red half ball and when your playing al around the world like that he had about a two feet margine of error as he approached that yellow.

  24. its an ordinary shot for Sayginer

  25. That was incredible
