That was an interesting video – it is always good to hear from the actual professionals regarding the table conditions and that video goes someway to dispel a few myths.

The reason the tables seem easier is that the new cloth reduces friction between the ball and the rails allow to wobble in that wouldn’t have normally potted.
With that said, the tables at my club are about this tight and they are really tough. Any break over 50 is pretty good.
